Before:
Do your homework. Understand the choices you must make at the selection center. This will save you time and stress. Know your style! Research online with popular social media sites. This is a great way to get ideas and inspiration and don’t forget the pictures! Visit some of our current inventory homes to see the type of materials we use. Look for the style of cabinets, carpet colors, flooring selections, exterior options, paint colors, etc. This will give you an idea what to expect at your selections appointment.
During:
Remember some options are less expensive to upgrade during the building process than remodeling later and not to mention less of a hassle. At Vitale Homes we go above and beyond many other builders by offering a great many features as luxury included features. Please remember many items such as windows, doors, cabinets, and roof selections, are ordered very early in the construction process to keep your home on schedule. Changing some selections while your home is being built can cause delays to the construction schedule, and result in additional cost.
