We are buying a new home from this builder that is currently under construction. We have been very happy and impressed with all of the staff we've interacted with so far. Being a local builder, we were able to meet the owner at one of our appointments and appreciate his vision of what he wants to provide the people who buy his homes. We very excited to find he is one of the very rare builders in Florida that does not charge CDD fees in his communities. We drive by the site every weekend to see the progress and are eagerly looking forward to completion and being able to move into our brand new home.
