From Day 1, we have had the best experience with Vitale Homes so far. They have been very easy to deal with and having... the ability to speak with the Owner of the company and the fact that they get to know you speak volumes. Why buy from a high production builder when you can have one custom built for around the same price point. When my wife wanted two Water Closets in the master bathroom, they said no problem. When we wanted two bonus rooms again no problem. Everything has been extremely easy dealing with them.read more

We needed to close fast and purchased a brand new quick move in home from Michael Vitale over four years ago. I have... worked in construction all my life and must say I am impressed with the superior quality and attention to detail. My wife is in love with her kitchen and all the other high end finishes that come standard. Our low utility bills definitely reflect how energy efficient Vitale homes really are. Mr. Vitale certainly takes pride in all his homes and is not like other builders who disappear after the sale. Building on the lots is nearing completion and to this day, Michael waves or stops to say hello when he is passing through the neighborhood to check on his job-sites. My husband and I were looking for a new home and wanted to again have it built to our specs. Michael Vitale and his... team worked with us every step of the way. This was our second build so we were well aware of quality and workmanship. Vitale satisfied all our concerns and did an amazing job. All options that other builders charge for were standard with Vitale. The Vitale Sales Agent, Al was the best and helped us through the process with all our questions and concerns. Bought a beautiful new home from Vitale Homes 1 year ago. I love the home, it is gorgeous! Had a couple small warranty... items that were taken care of right away. It was just a little grout refinishing in the master shower and needed a sconce light moved so the medicine cabinet could open fully. But that was it on a 3100 sq ft brand new home. The design itself was well done and the craftsmanship is amazing. Talking with the builder Michael, it is obvious he put a lot effort into delivering a quality home without cutting corners. The house stood up to hurricane Irma without a scratch. I plan on staying in this home for a long time.read more

It wasn’t easy building a home from another state but through video walk-thrus and their patience with all of the questions I had they made me feel comfortable and confident everything would turn out great.
